Epic improvisers Natalya Bing (violin) and Joshua Santospirito (guitar) are joined by Randal Muir (on Tasmania's largest pipe organ) to deliver an immersive, hypnotically beautiful and strange elegy to the end of the world as we currently know it. A two-part concert recorded live within the gorgeous acoustics of a cathedral.
A post-marsupial melodrama: set in a deep-future lutruwita (Tasmania), where the landscape is now only inhabited by fire, lichens and animal-headed ghosts wandering aimlessly throughout the high country.
12" LP of The Quoll by Bing/Santospirito. Mastered specifically for vinyl, this is a pretty special record that you'll come back to. Gatefold cover art by Joshua Santospirito from his series of paintings and drawings The Quoll.
A limited edition of 300 copies have been made, unlikely to be reprinted.
Commissioned by MONA FOMA 2021 and captured live in front of a sold out audience at St Davids cathedral in nipaluna; this stunning and intense performance of The Quoll is now released as the debut album by Bing/Santospirito.
